Just had to do this after getting the pics, since they're perfect for teasing! ;D Dunn Western Horses has been in the works since July; for the first month or so setting things up progressed nicely, but then enthusiasm/inspiration was pretty much a goner and nothing really happened for couple months... Until wandering around the Show Ring part here led to the idea to try out participating - hell, base horses had been around since July, so why not? And so the existence of DWH became somewhat public couple weeks ago... and when favorite from the DWH stock started off with 2nd place among 20+ in first community show participation, enthusiasm/inspiration was very much alive again! In the past week or so, things have progressed from half done to soon ready for launch... at this pace finishing things off shouldn't take more than a another week or two, unless the aforementioned e/i fades again... So no true promises for publishing DWH this month, but it might happen! In the mean time feel free to get teased by a handful of pics (only resized from 1680x1050 screenshot size, no editing involved) Would have quite a few more featuring the house, stock and such, but will restrain from showing... sorry! ;D Winter edition of teasers few posts down!Latest "teasers":Christmas card, appaloosa stallion Vinnie, quarter mare Windy, DWH website horse listing, Windy with colt Finch

Camisha - Thanks for both compliments! ;) Tori - No complains from me either, but they're still minority at DWH I'm afraid. AQH leads with quite a few heads, APH is currently in same numbers though. Nevertheless will probably always have an appy in the mix, since every ranch needs to have at least one spotty bum. ;D ------------------------- This update goes to same "just had to" category with the original teasers. Got Seasons and, well, winter just is kinda pretty... So, here's winter edition of teaser pics! :D (only resized from 1680x1050 screenshot size, no editing involved)

Mike & Howie, Kat & Cass, Will & Vinnie, Zack & Levy Technically it's almost over, but didn't have the time to make this earlier. Hope everyone had good one! It's quite likely that DWH (site) will launch before the New Year, so not so long wait to see the whole glory (*cough*) of it anymore!

Lance - I doubt that Will would give him up or anyone else either. Everyone love the goofy fellow. <3 And he probably wouldn't do English that well, on his goofiest days Vinnie wonders for a while even what western tack is about and that's what he's trained for, lol. ;D Mares utilizing DWH stud services don't necessarily need to be western ones, so maybe you could get a foal out of English mare someday. :) Jes - Aww, Windy has a fan! <3 Thank you dear! Her first foal after show career is finished has the "reserved to Drovers" label on it. ;) (Once the day comes, I hope yearling (= aged to adult) is fine, since that's when DWH horses are sold at the earliest. Foal pics will be provided with the horses though.)
