Samantha Lou Goodwin is an aspiring horse rider, with alot of dreams and wishes on her shoulders. Her dreams is to have her own ranch that takes in abused, troubled, and neglected horses and help them turn their lives around. Before her life as a poor young teenager living on her own, she was living with her family. Who is one of the riches families in their town! The Goodwin's are known for their amazing thoroughbreds, and Simlimpic performance horses. Her family was her workaholic father, snubby evil step-mother, and her money grubbing older brother. Lou's mother walked out of the picture when she was a young girl, the girl barely remembers. When Lou was 14 years old, and just starting high school she was like the rest of her family, clearly looking, and acting like the daughter of a rich family. But all of that changed when she met the new bad boy, Troy Tailor. Troy was a 19 year old Junior, held back his freshmen year, and working on getting his all around cowboy buckle. Troy showed her another side of life, as side she would have never saw if she would have stated with her parents. He showed her that horses just aren't money makers, and that money wasn't everything. Of course her parents didn't want her hanging around this dirt poor cowboy, but that didn't stop Lou. Her father even tried to pay Troy away, but it didn't work. After a year of putting up with her families lame reasons why she should leave him, Lou left them. Packed up her things, took her horse, and moved into a small little house in the country side. Even though Lou barely has enough money to live on, life for her couldn't be better!
