After the show, we went outside to cool down. I wasn't aware that Willow had unlatched the gate...AGAIN! Spirit is a very headstrong stallion, and Willow was in heat so he bolted, and you can guess what happened after that...
Class: 1 Horse's Name: Jonas Hope Breed: Irish Sports Horse Registration Number (if applicable): Not registered Gender: Stallion Rider Name: Ami Cerda Stable Represented by Rider: Ridgefall
Earlier on in the day Jonas Hope and Ami came first in another working hunter class (Bonus)
This round started off well with a really neat and tidy jump over the first fence (Jumping over a fence)
Then he backed off slightly at the approach to the second jump (Approach)
Before he opened out for a long canter to the next jump (Gallop to the fence)
Class: 1 Horse's Name: VLS Winters Gift Breed: American Warmblood Registration Number (if applicable): Not Registered (Lance do please correct if wrong) Gender: Mare Rider Name: Ami Cerda Stable Represented by Rider: Ridgefall (Leasing from VLS)
Ami and Corina (Winters Gift) were in their first competition together. The approach to the jump was a strong forward bending line.
Before she cleared the second fence with ease
Before it was a strong canter forward, requiring a slight check of the reins as she was going forward between jumps.
At the end of the course he walked her out easily with plenty of praise for such an amazing round.

Jumping over fence: As Vegas tucked his legs and launched himself over the jump, the local photograher quicker snatched a picture for their records
Approach As vegas approached the next fence he moved quickly, a tad to quick for Alice's liking!
Between Jumps Finally between the last two jumps Vegas keeps a steady gallop before gracefully leaping over that final jump
Bonus After the show Alice placed Vegas in his stall for the night, two hours later she went out to check up on him an found him sound asleep.
Class: 1/2? (I'm not exactly sure, there's not major editing done other then some reins and a photo filter to adjust the coloring/enhance the coloring) Horse's Name: WD Vegas Baby Breed: Hanoverian Registration Number (if applicable): Pending Gender: Stallion Rider Name: Alice Parson Stable Represented by Rider: High Point Equine Center
Jumping over fence: Wolfette's name surely fits her, as the moment she starts bounding over jumps she gets this "Im the queen of the course" type look in her eye!
Approaching: Always no matter how hard any rider tries...Wolfette has to move herself about with a high and mighty stance no matter how many faults it could cause her!!
Between jumps:Between jumps Wolfette collects herself together into the perfect canter preserving her enegery before she once again becomes the hot headed princess of the course.
Bonus: While Alice goes to hook the trailer up to the truck at the end of the day, Wolfette lounges herself under the Cherry Blossom tree and takes a short nap before the long trip home(My FAVE pic)
Class: 1/2? Jumping over fence:Nikki is one of the shyest mares we have ever adopted, before each jumpher ears flick back to her rider who has to continually coo to her that everything is ok!
Approaching: As They come around the corner towards the next jump, little miss Nikki nickers softly in a almost worried way.
Between jumps:Between the final two jumps a ballon in the crowd pops which causes Nikki to gallop a tad to quickly, her legs bunching under herself in a burst of speed
Bonus: After the show Alice and Nikki cool down in the warm up arena, Alice softly prasing Nikki who stretches herself out in a relaxed manner
